President of the company, Inventor, Doctor of Philosophy in Natural Medicine and Bioresonance, Software Engineer, Author of scientific articles.
Born in 1972 in Razdan, Armenia.
Already as a child had a special ability. Could memorise huge texts with a single reading. In school age showed great interest in exact sciences: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Astronomy. A desire to learn new things has become a major motivator in life, and later contributed to creation of the main life motto "Impossible is Possible".
At the age of 14 participated in a team of Physicists and Engineers developing various elements for elementary particle accelerators. Developed a cyclotron remote control system based on logic circuits. Was awarded a cash prize equal to half a year's salary of an average worker for his development.
At the age of 16 became the Director of a small enterprise engaged in the development of cable television in Yerevan and other cities of Armenia.
In 1997 was awarded with the medal "In Memory of the 850th Anniversary of Moscow" for significant contribution in the development of trade infrastructure of Moscow. His company became the first Limited Liability Company in Moscow, thus creating a precedent for the development of Shopping Centres throughout Russia.
In 2001-2004 headed Auto Expert Service LLC, which was engaged in the control of passive safety of vehicles in the Krasnodar region and the Republic of Adygea.
In 2004 changed his focus to the development of measurement and control of biophysical and biochemical parameters. The system of control and analysis of electromagnetic fluctuations developed by him, designed to detect the influence of pathogenic microflora on human and animal life, as well as the system to suppress this influence through the regulation of magnetic distortion field dependence, had already achieved world renown in 2007. For this purpose, the company laid down a new name for the technology, called " Diacom " (Diacom is the Latin name). Diacom is recognised worldwide as a manufacturer of bioresonance devices using multi-threaded, non-linear data analysis and mathematical processing algorithms.
Numerous Chinese counterfeits of the original devices produced by the company confirm the company's in-demand and global recognition.
In 2014 was awarded a PhD in Natural Medicine and Bioresonance by the Barcelona branch of the Open University of Advanced Sciences OUAS (Open University of Advanced Sciences), registered in Miami, Florida, USA.

After the work carried out and the results obtained, Kh.D. Mkrtchyan, in 2017-2019, registered patent No. 2,721,874 "Method of recording the oscillations of weak current electromagnetic fields", which confirmed the uniqueness and priority of the research results.
In addition, Kh.D. Mkrtchyan is the owner of trademarks "DIACOM", "DIACOM TECHNOLOGY", "ANIMOTRONIC", "DIACOM MEDITRONIC", "BLUEDROID", "DIACOM PLAZMOTRONIC", "TELEMEDICOM, ANIMOTRONIC, HEALTHYCOM, ENERSCAN, URMIUM, SINERGUS, DOCUTRON, DITIRATOR, BIOINDUCTOR, BUMERANG as well as many others. In co-authorship with his wife Natalia Glazova, Mr. Mkrtchyan holds a certificate for the registered software products.
Collaboration with the Editorial Board of Science and World International Scientific and Research Journal led to the publication of some articles about Mr. Mkrtchyan's own inventions.
